17/5/2012 من الساعة الثامنة صباحا وحتى الساعة الثامنة مساءا من كل يوم . ثانيا : طريقة التصويت 1. الطريقة الأولى وهى حضور الناخب بنفسه لمقر القنصلية حيث يقوم المواطن بطباعة بطاقة الاقتراع وإقرار التصويت من موقع اللجنة العليا للانتخابات ويتم وضع بطاقة الاقتراع فى مظروف صغير مغلق بعد اختيار المرشح ، مع وضع المظروف الصغير داخل مظروف كبير يحتوى على إقرار التصويت مرفقا بها صورة المستندات الآتية : أ‌- صورة بطاقة الرقم القومى الخاصه به ( لا يجوز استخدام جواز السفر أو صورته بدلا من صورة بطاقة الرقم القومى ) .ب-صورة أية وثيقة أمريكية مثل ( رخصة القيادة – ID الأمريكية – جواز السفر الامريكى - الجرين كارد ) . ج- لابد أن يوقع المواطن على كشوف الناخبين بنفسه . 2. الطريقة الثانية التصويت عن طريق البريد : يقوم المواطن باستيفاء إقرار التصويت وبطاقة الاقتراع بعد طباعته من موقع اللجنة العليا للانتخابات المشار إليه ، مع وضع بطاقة الاقتراع داخل مظروف صغير مغلق ويضع هذا المظروف الصغير فى مظروف كبير ويرفق به الإقرار وصورة المستندات الآتية : أ‌- صورة بطاقة الرقم القومى الخاصه به ( لا يجوز استخدام جواز السفر أو صورته بدلا من بطاقة الرقم القومى ) .ب-صورة أية وثيقة أمريكية مثل ( رخصة القيادة – ID الأمريكية – جواز السفر الامريكى -
